How to measure your sizes with the tape method:

What you’ll need:
Clear tape (or masking tape)
A pen or marker
A ruler (in millimetres)

Step-by-step:

1. Place a piece of tape across the widest part of your natural nail, from one sidewall to the other.
   
2. Press the tape down firmly so it follows the natural curve of your nail.
   
3. Use a pen to mark where each side of your nail begins and ends on the tape.
   
4. Carefully remove the tape and lay it flat on a ruler.
   
5. Measure the distance between the two marks in millimetres (mm).
   
6. Repeat for each finger on both hands, as sizes can vary.
   

Tips for best results:

Measure at the widest point of the nail.

Don’t pull the tape tight, it should sit naturally on the nail.

If you’re between sizes, always size down for a more comfortable fit.
